Grant Leger
Chief Executive Officer
Grant Leger is the Chief Executive Officer of Cursonmile Capital, a boutique investment bank specializing in private equity, real estate advisory, investment banking, and mergers & acquisitions. With a foundation in structured finance and a career that began in the non-qualified mortgage (non-QM) space, Grant brings a unique blend of operational experience and capital markets expertise to every transaction.
Early in his career, Grant built a reputation in the mortgage industry for structuring complex, credit-sensitive loan products and managing risk across real estate portfolios. That hands-on experience laid the groundwork for his transition into investment banking, where he now advises private investors, sponsors, and middle-market companies on strategic transactions and capital solutions.
At Cursonmile Capital, Grant leads the firm’s vision, growth, and client strategy—guiding deals across sectors with a focus on delivering thoughtful, customized financial outcomes. His work spans growth equity, M&A advisory, and real estate finance, with an emphasis on serving founder-led and asset-focused businesses.
Known for his analytical approach and entrepreneurial mindset, Grant is committed to offering high-impact advisory in a focused, relationship-driven environment.
When he's not working, Grant enjoys traveling and discovering new places around the world.
